Rules for Application Comments & Voting
To keep our staff application process fair and respectful, and drama-free, all community members are encouraged to leave feedback and cast votes so long as they follow these guidelines.
Commenting Rules:
Be Respectful and Constructive:Comments must stay civil and focused on the applicant’s behavior, maturity, or helpfulness within the community.
No insults, mockery, or personal attacks.
No Harassment:
Do NOT rally others to downvote someone or spam negative comments.
Harassment in any form will result in moderation action.
Keep Feedback Honest and Relevant:
Your comment should be based on your own experiences with the applicant.
No rumor-spreading, drama, or unrelated complaints.
No Posting Private Conversations:
Do not share screenshots or quote private DMs.
If you have serious concerns, report them privately to staff.
Follow All Community Rules:
All standard rules apply — including no slurs, trolling, baiting, or derailing.
Voting Rules
Votes Must Reflect Your Genuine Opinion:
Vote based on your real interactions with the applicant.
Votes Are Not the Final Decision:
Community voting helps guide staff, but does not guarantee acceptance or denial.
The final decision rests with senior staff after reviewing all feedback.
Voting will take place between 48-72 hours
After that point we will close the app to further comments and make our decision accordingly.
Reminders
Staff will remove any comment that violates these guidelines.
Harassment or falsified information will result in disciplinary action.
This system is meant to empower community voices, not create conflict.
